Today we got offical opening from our girls-wing in Kampiringisa. Many ministers of Uganda and our European Union Ambassador where represented.
I am soooo proud! Well done Foodstep Uganda! X n

Yesterday, 15th of October, I went with my best runners to a competition. Over 10 km, out of 980 runners we got a 8 , 10 and 32 position! Proud mama! Xn

We have a beautiful granddaughter! Well done Hanna and Jozef! Xn

Tomorow we will be 'checked' by KLM, wings of support. Please feel free to talk, ask questions and give your opinion about me and papa. Don't worry, we know we are o k, doing the right thing, we are a family. Love you all ! Mama and papa.

Sunday afternoon, after gardening, 15 kids came to my house to see their favorite cartoon. I just love it! Xn

These are my 2 best Foodstep friends. On my left Trisha, who went with me the first years to Kampiringisa (childrens prison) and Esther who loves my kids at Foodstep for the last years. Without them I wouldn't have been so strong! Xxx Nathalie

After a week of heavy storms and wind, we finally can finish the roof of our new vocational training. Xn

Little Marius has been taken by his father. Out of the incubator, in a blanket, on to the bus and ... gone! Pray that he doesn't use the baby as offering. We are devastated. I keep finding it difficult, heights and depths are very close to each other!?

I know what's gonna happen to him .... they will get a lot of money to offer him. He was even on tv. That something like that would happen ... inhuman! How is that even possible? And there is nothing I can do. Nothing! If I would have been warned, I'd followed the bus. Something I often do, but now I knew nothing.

When I came to the hospital, Marius was already gone. The nurse was payed not to call me! (3 euros!) 

Just found an newborn baby even with the umbilical cord stil on. In a plastic bag and thrown in a cesspool. But it's alive. For the moment it is at the hospital to gain strength. A beautiful boy and I cal him Marius, after a very good friend who is the founder of Wings Of Support. He has done already so much good that I would like to honor him this way. 

Our own sun-dried tomatoes (dried in the African sun). Later on with rocket lettuce also from our garden. So proud of the children in the gardening club. Xn
