Tonight we've found another 9 months old baby. The mother was very sick, she was laying in the house already for 2 weeks. We took her to the hospital and Ivan we took with us. Who wants to help? X Foodstep Uganda.

Tonight, together with the police, we have found 2 brothers. 3 years old and 1,5 years old. Left behind as child offering. The kids are very weak, mal nourished, mistreated and heavily neglected. The rats have eaten their foot soles. No need to ask where they lived!

But now they are safe, have had a warm bath, medical care, warm bed, delicious rice with beans and especially lots of love here at Foodstep.

For the moment they are still to weak to tell their names, so we named them Joshua and Jakob. Should you know someone who wants to support these children for €30/month? They also deserve a hopeful future. Thank you in advance!

Hey dear people, this is my niece Camille, a dance wonder in Belgium! Just spotted with one of the dancers from Justin Bieber!!

The beginning of April she will come, together with my sister and friends, to Uganda.

And you now what? The best, greatest, most famous singer of East Africa, José Chamelion, wants her in his new dance clip!! Thank you son Maxim! Xn

Wauw!! Great news! Al the children of Foodstep and rehabilitation center are enjoying our great harvest! X Foodstep Uganda.

Busy day in Foodstep! New roof on our classroom and kitchen and our amazing dental team (dent aid Uk) checked all the teeth of our kids and staff. Xn

Dear friends, yesterday we got a great opportunity for a new vocational training. Good friends of ours, he's Canadian and she's Ugandan and working for the UN, got a great job offer in Canada. She lived in the north of Uganda where there are a lot of shea butter trees. Together with some people of the village, they started to harvest the nuts and make oil and soap from it. The profit hereof was to pay the school bills off the children. The business went well and more people and pharmacies started to like the natural product. They now have a small factory where they produce the nice shea butter, oil and soap.
Since they know we are starting vocational trainings for our children they contacted us. Of course we are very interested! The are selling the business for $4000. This means stock, furniture, machines, packaging, ticketing, licenses for export, …. really everything!! This would be a great experience for our children to run a real business.

Today the national exame results came out! Alllll our kids got wonderfull results. 5 kids in devision 1 (100 %- 85%) and 4 in devision 2 (85%-  70 %) . Foodstep on the TOP!! Xn
