I am so proud at my Foodstep team! They made soap and vaselline, they took clothes and toys to the poor and sick people in our village. We'll done Foodstep Uganda! X mama nathalie
Dear friends, this week was the worst one in all of the many years in Uganda. I was accused, we have debts, school are closing earlier, if you payed for exames and diploma.
Me and Werner got no thee, some crackers with sugar free jam. You can ask our friend, we got 1 bottle of water, so werner could take his medicin.
I wanted to say, OK it's over! The send my kids home, there are chicken pox with the little ones, no good food, no water, no electricity,.....
And then!! You got our Amazing Heavenly Father!!
Somebody send brand new clothes for my kids, our best friend brought cheese and took us out for lunch, we could pay our debt of food, got biscuits and sweets for the little ones.
On top of that a big bank director of the Netherlands wil stay 5 days with my financially director, to clear out all the things.
I was soooo sick, vomited every day.....Sorry God , I didn't t trust you 100%.
Let's get a new start, with these amazing friends and family xn

Yesterday we went with our Foodstep Nursery school and many friends from the Netherlands and Belgium to the Ugandan Zoo. It was an amazing day! I was proud of them and saw only happy smiling kids! Xn
I soooo enjoyed seeing my friends and family again after all those years. Together we had a beautiful time with the kids of Foodstep, a nice safari, a boat trip, enjoying food and drinks.
My family and all the kids will mis them very much. Hopefully we don't have to wait so long again to hug one another.
Now we have to prepare the kids to leave for school. Always a joyful crowd here at Foodstep. x Nathalie
Recently we found a 10year old girl in a hospital. Since the age of 3 she has been put in prostitution by the stepmother. She is that damaged that she can't hold her urine and stool and because of that her stepmother refused to give her water and food. She is heavily malnourished and a mental wreck. Socially impaired and afraid of the dark. She can hardly stand on her feet. According the gynecologist she has a long way ahead to recover. The judge decided she first can recuperate and receive lots of love at Foodstep.
My wonderful staff and aal the kids welcomed her with open arms. Please pray with us? Also for the medical expenses. Xn
All our Foodstep kids their teeth where checked by our good friends from Dentaid UK. They where all fine! Xn
Yesterday it was the day of the child in Uganda. A big celebration where we worked on the rights of children in Afrika.
It was an amazing day! Thank you all, especially my staff and amazing Foodstep kids! Our acrobatics team performed sooooo Well! Foodstep was TOP x Nathalie

Recently FOODSTEP UGANDA was among the selected NGOs to be a member of the Katabi Town Council Children's Welfare Committee(KTCWC). The committee aims at ensuring the well-being of children in Organizations and communities at large.
These 2 brothers were beaten up by their father. They couldn't sit any more. They needed to amputate the leg and the oldest boy died this morning. They were in the proces to come to our Foodstep Home.
Dear friends, Veerle who came to visit us in Uganda her daughter, Jasna, baked 400 cupcakes to benefiet our Foodstep Uganda kids! We are sooo thankfull !
