Recently we found a 10year old girl in a hospital. Since the age of 3 she has been put in prostitution by the stepmother. She is that damaged that she can't hold her urine and stool and because of that her stepmother refused to give her water and food. She is heavily malnourished and a mental wreck. Socially impaired and afraid of the dark. She can hardly stand on her feet. According the gynecologist she has a long way ahead to recover. The judge decided she first can recuperate and receive lots of love at Foodstep.
